These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and c444 ("c444", "we", "us" or "our"). They govern your access to and use of all services provided through the c444 website and any related applications or platforms.

Your use of c444 constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, creating a player account, funding your account through any payment method, placing any bet or wager, participating in any tournament or promotional offer, and accessing any game or feature on the platform.

c444 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of c444 after the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

To register and use c444, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. c444 does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit or play on the platform. Age verification may be requested at any point, and accounts found to belong to minors will be permanently closed with all funds forfeited.
• You must be a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is permitted under applicable local laws.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register that covers c444's services, or have previously been excluded from c444 under the platform's responsible gaming tools.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of c444, including any supplier or partner organisation that provides services to c444.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement — you must not be under legal guardianship or otherwise restricted in your legal capacity to contract.

c444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm that eligibility requirements are met. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds pending verification.

Each individual person is permitted to hold one c444 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed and balances may be voided.

When registering your c444 account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid date of birth. You must update your registration information promptly if any detail changes.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your c444 account credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication methods linked to your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your account.

• c444 will never ask for your password via email, chat or telephone. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support immediately.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact c444 support immediately via support@c444.cash. Your account can be temporarily locked pending investigation.
• c444 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security, including unauthorised access resulting from a compromised password.

All transactions on c444 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). c444 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. No currency conversion fees are applied to any transaction.

Deposits: c444 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your c444 PKR balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. c444 does not charge any fee on deposits, though your payment provider's own terms may apply.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. c444 targets a processing time of under 5 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals during normal operating hours. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on your bank. c444 does not charge any withdrawal fee.

• You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name. c444 will not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties.
• c444 reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not targeted at any specific player.
• In the event of a technical failure during a deposit or withdrawal, contact support immediately with your transaction reference number. c444 will investigate and resolve confirmed errors within 48 hours.
• Funds deposited on c444 are used solely for gaming on the platform. c444 maintains player funds separately from operational funds.

All bets placed on c444 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the game or betting market in question, in addition to these general Terms. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game and are considered part of these Terms by incorporation.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed except in the specific circumstances described in the relevant game rules. It is your responsibility to review your bet details — including stake amount, selection and odds — before confirming. c444 is not liable for bets placed in error.

• Minimum bet: Rs 50 on most game types. Specific minimums per game are displayed at the table or betting screen.
• Maximum bet: Varies by game, market and account tier. VIP members may have elevated limits managed via their account manager.
• PSL Betting: All cricket betting markets follow standard international sports betting rules as described on the PSL Betting page. Bets on suspended or void markets are refunded in full at the original stake.
• Live dealer games: Bets placed after the dealer announces "no more bets" are void and stakes are returned. Technical disconnection during a live game does not void a confirmed bet.
• Ludo and Card Games: Game results determined by certified RNG or by live physical dealing are final and cannot be disputed on the basis of statistical improbability.

c444 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of system error, technical fault, or manipulation. In such cases, the stake is returned to the player's balance. c444 will not void bets on the basis of a player claiming to have misunderstood the rules.

c444 offers bonuses, promotions and special offers to players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts — which are communicated at the point the offer is made.

General rules that apply to all c444 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be wagered according to the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per person, per household address and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through multiple accounts will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.
• c444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire any bonus at any time. If a bonus is modified or withdrawn before its stated expiry, c444 will notify affected players with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering process.
• VIP Club cashback is credited to your balance on Monday mornings and does not carry additional wagering requirements unless stated otherwise in the VIP Club terms.

c444 is committed to providing a genuinely fair gaming environment for all players on the platform. Every non-live game on c444 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently certified by a recognised third-party testing laboratory. The certification is reviewed and renewed on a quarterly basis.

The certified RNG ensures that every card dealt in a digital card game, every dice roll in Ludo, every spin on a slot machine, and every outcome in Andar Bahar is statistically random and independent of all previous results. No player receives systematically worse outcomes than any other. The house edge on every game is a fixed mathematical property of the game design — it is not applied dynamically to individual players or accounts.

Live dealer games use physical cards shuffled and dealt by trained professional dealers in certified studio environments. These games are streamed in real time and there is no software-generated outcome in a live game — the result is determined entirely by the physical dealing process.

• Any player who suspects a game malfunction or irregularity must report it to c444 support within 24 hours of the incident, along with any available reference numbers or session data.
• Allegations of unfair outcomes that cannot be supported by technical evidence will not result in bet reversal. Statistically unusual results — including long losing streaks — are a normal feature of random processes and do not constitute platform error.
• Any attempt by a player to exploit software bugs, game glitches or technical errors for financial gain is treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and recovery of affected funds.

c444 takes responsible gaming seriously and provides a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available in your account settings and take effect immediately when applied.

Available responsible gaming tools on c444 include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit to your c444 account. Limits can be decreased immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the net amount you can lose in a defined time period. Once the limit is reached, no further bets can be placed until the period resets.
• Session Timers: Set a maximum session duration. A notification is sent when your time limit is approaching, and betting is paused when the limit is reached.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net results, to help you maintain an accurate picture of your activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Immediately lock your account for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 180 days or permanently). During exclusion, no deposits or bets are permitted. This option is irreversible for the chosen duration.

c444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account, and to void any pending or recently settled bets associated with that account, where c444 has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following apply:

• The account holder is under 18 years of age or does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate or misleading registration information.
• The player holds or has held more than one c444 account.
• The account has been used for fraudulent activity, including collusion in multiplayer games, chip dumping, or exploiting software errors.
• The player has disputed a valid transaction with their payment provider (a "chargeback") without first contacting c444 support to resolve the issue.
• The account is under investigation for suspected money laundering or other financial crime.
• The player has repeatedly violated these Terms or any specific game rules.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and winnings generated through the breach may be voided. Genuine deposits not connected to the breach will be returned to the player following completion of any required verification process. c444 will communicate the reason for any account action to the player unless doing so would compromise an ongoing fraud investigation.

c444 collects and processes personal data from players for the purpose of operating the platform, verifying identity, processing payments, detecting fraud and complying with applicable legal requirements. The types of data collected include registration information (name, phone number, date of birth), transaction records, game activity logs, and device and connection information.

c444 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors and identity verification providers strictly as necessary to complete transactions and fulfill legal obligations. All third-party providers that handle player data are contractually bound to maintain appropriate data security standards.

Your c444 account data is retained for as long as your account is active and for a period following closure as required by applicable financial record-keeping rules. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@c444.cash, subject to any legal retention obligations that apply.

c444 provides the platform and all games on an "as is" basis. While c444 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, c444 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service and accepts no liability for losses arising from:

• Scheduled or unscheduled platform maintenance or downtime.
• Network interruptions, internet connectivity failures, or device issues on the player's side.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay or banking institutions.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures or other events outside c444's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a player's decision to bet in a particular way, regardless of the outcome.

In no event shall c444's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim, unless the claim arises from c444's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

c444 may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, c444 will notify active players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, and the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date at the top.

If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you should stop using c444 and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Minor clarifications, formatting corrections or changes that do not materially affect player rights may be made without direct notification to players, but will always be reflected in the posted version of these Terms with an updated date.
